We provide our customers with a number of choices of burners on any fired equipment . Based on our experience we can help in choosing the best available burner technology for a given application. Whether its Low NOx burner utilizing Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR) or non-FGR option or high turndown burner, we can help. We work with number of burner manufacturers and with 25 plus years of experience, we can offer reliable, safe and cost effective option.
Burners
The burners, when required by regulations, will adhere to CCME guidelines or other regional requirements for low NOx levels. Burners are available for both commercial and industrial application and can be purchased as stand alone units or mounted on any fired equipment. They can be single fuel, natural gas or propane or dual fuel with fuel oil as an option.
Each Heatech supplied burner mounted on a heater or a boiler is supplied with a fully compliant CSA 149.3-10 Burner Management System and Fuel Train. We provide all the necessary paper work to assist in getting the CSA Field Approval or we can provide the approval, if required. Our projects department can also offer a number of different option for process or combustion control . We can provide a complete PLC based system, dual fuel firing option, parallel position control, single point control, feed water control or O2 trim.
