Design & Drafting

Before any package can be built, it first needs to be designed, layed out and modeled by our projects department. After the discussion with our client and finalizing the scope of supply our capable draftsmen, project co-ordinators and project managers get to work. We first create a P&ID drawing defining our scope. Next comes the 3D Model, then after the approval process, we create a 2D cad fabrication drawings, some of these drawings include as our standard:

If our standard drawing package is not sufficient, we can work with our client to provide a package that is specified in the project DD list. 

We are also capable in providing PLC based control systems for Boiler Pressure and feed water control, single and parallel positioning with O2 trim. We can work with our customer's to provide the best solution that suits their needs, no project is too small or too big.
