HTH HEATECH INC. has a wide range of rental boilers available for short and long term lease.  Typically, we ship a rental package within 48 hours from completion of an agreement, however, this time can be reduced in emergency situations.

Heatech’s rental fleet of 21 boilers ranges from 1,000 PPH to 35,000 PPH steam, with both high and low pressure units available.  Many of the units are mounted in highway trailers to reduce the cost and complexity of hauling the unit to site.  It’s as simple as hooking on a tractor and driving away.

To reduce setup time, Heatech has packaged 16 of the boilers with fuel tank, feedwater tank, feedwater preheat tank, feedwater pump, chemical injection system and multiple connection steam headers.  When the package arrives on site it is a simple process to fill the boiler and tankage, connect electricity and steam lines and firing can begin.

Before a Heatech mobile steam plant leaves our shop, we ensure that the equipment has been fully reconditioned and repaired from the previous rental.

We also verify that the boiler is properly registered with the local authority, and has a valid inspection for the year of service.

Finally, the boiler is fired at our shop and every operating sub-system is tested to ensure proper operation.

Heatech standardizes the controls on our rental packages to ensure availability of components should any problems occur.  Each package is supplied with a trouble-shooting manual designed to provide step by step instructions to the operator.  We also have a staff of trained service technicians available on a 24-hour basis to respond to emergency situations beyond the operators expertise.

For complete packages or stand-alone temporary boilers or fluid heaters, HTH HEATECH INC. has a cost effective solution.
