WHAT WE DO
WHRU can be installed on turbine or reciprocating engines for recovery of exhaust heat. They can also be installed on the existing boilers or heaters to improve efficiency and emissions reductions. They can be used to heat glycol, thermal oil, water or produce steam. The duties can vary from few hundred Btus/hr to 25 MM btus/hr, dependent on the exhaust temperate and flue gas mass flow available.
We have done numerous WHRUs projects utilizing hot oil, glycol or steam, or any combination of the two fluids. Our experience in these applications helps us design units that are efficient, cost effective and reliable. We provide WHRUs, their structural supports, diverters, man-safe isolation gates, transition pieces and stack with silencers. We can help to choose the right size and duty for all your process needs.
